1. Click “Rate this service
2. Fill in the feedback form and click “Submit Comment” when you are finished to post your views live on the site.

What do I say?

Remember a good review can be either Positive or Negative, the trick is to ensure that your comments are relevant and helpful.
Try to consider the following questions:

  • How did you approach the problem last time?
  • What went well with the service received?
  • What went wrong or could be done better?
  • How much did the service cost (a ball park figure here is more than adequate)?
  • Did you think this cost was relatively cheap or expensive?
  • How were you treated by the individual(s) offering the accepted service? Were they Courteous and polite or did their behaviour leave something to be desired?

Finally how would you rate the service on a scale of 1-5? – 1 being Poor and 5 being excellent (use the Star System to help with this)

What should I not say?

To save your time please note we cannot accept reviews containing any of the following;

  • Derogatory remarks directed at other users of this site
  • Words, remarks or phrases which may be considered sexually explicit, gratuitous, or are intended to deliberately offend
  • Remarks of a personal nature directed at individuals offering the service under review
  • Comments of a criminal inclination
  • Remarks which may be considered racist, blasphemous, incendiary or defamatory
  • Advertisements and promotional material for other retailers, services or websites
  • Personal information about yourselves or others, such as phone numbers, addresses or web addresses
  • Reviews containing a single word, or greater than 1,000 words
